Peer Learning Circles

Shortly after the government shutdown in 2025, we launched our “Peer Learning Circle”, a safe, supportive space for nonprofit Executive Directors to share real-time challenges, coping strategies, and leadership insights.

Our goal with this resource is to continue to support you by fostering connection, peer learning and encouragement, as a reminder that we’re are not alone in our leadership journey. Together, we unlock new ideas, share fresh perspectives on today’s landscape, and foster resilience amid current challenges.

This is not training or consulting. It’s a space for real conversation, mutual support, and practical problem-solving.

Two Opportunities to Participate

#1: Established ED Circle: CLOSED

  • Open to: C-Suite Executives in the non-profit sector

  • Meeting day and time: 3rd Tuesday of every month from 12-12:45pm

  • Location: Virtual

  • Facilitated by: Judie Caribeaux, Chief Collaborations Officer

#2: First Time ED Circle

  • Open to: First-time Executive Directors (3 years or less)

  • Meeting day and time: 3rd Thursday of every month from 8-9am, starting August 20

  • Location: Virtual

  • Facilitated by: Libby Shortenhaus, Director of Strategic Growth
