“In the past, we had not had the best of luck when it came to working with consultants, and the staff was skeptical of working with Judie and Greg (lack of trust in consultants, overall). Judie’s understanding of the non-profit space and her approach helped alleviate any concerns that staff had regarding the process. Judie was able to show us how to operationalize our work, and talk about decisions we were making in the context of a theory of change. We knew that it was time for a revamp of our Mission statement, and the work with the board and leadership team around that was very validating as it showed the team what a supportive and tuned in board we have.
Greg was very helpful in offering some concrete suggestions for improvement to some of our processes and that was so helpful.
